Friends: One Soul, Two Bodies -♥-

So I'm sat here thanking my lucky stars for my circle of friends- it may only be a small circle, but it's a special circle and I wouldn't trade places with anyone ♥ So who are these special somebodies then? Let me introduce you :) (in no particular order!)

First up is Miss Chloe Mushrow
-

I've known this girl since I first moved to England when I was 7- she was one of the first friends I made when I started school here and she likes to remind me that I turned up wearing a 'white angelic dress' haha I don't remember that, I just remember being surrounded by everyone as though I was an alien and not understanding a word they were saying! Aah good times :) This girl's like a sister to me, even my Mum considers her her third daughter!

Miss Jessica Li
-

This girl's Jet Li's niece you know?? :P We started hanging out at high school and I don't know what I'd do if I didn't have her in my life to bitch with haha She attracts a hell of a lot of weirdos!! Most of which are old, bald, paedo-looking freaks! An interesting fact about this girl is that she'd never had a birthday cake before until I made her one in Summer 2009! :O Want a peak?

Mr Simon Jones
-

I met Simon Jones through one of my flatmates in my first year of uni and I feel very blessed to have him in my life. He's the one I turn to when I'm having boy troubles and I know that I could just text or ring him one day asking to meet up with him soon and he will try his hardest to make that happen. He introduced me to the good ol' Wray & Nephew (for those of you who don't know what that is, it's a rum originating in Jamaica) which accompanies the catchphrase 'Humbleeeeeeee!' lol you'd have to meet him to understand it all! He's a Landaner (sorry) but has a lot of connections in Brummyland and you can find some of his footy-related coverage on Gunner Talk.

Mr Mitesh Patel
-

I've known this boy since primary school when our families started chatting and if I was to sum him up in one word, it would be 'joker'! haha he really is a cheeky monkey but that always manages to put a smile on my face. We didn't get off to a good start though, as much as he hates me reminding him of that! He used to bully me when I was younger :P But he's changed a lot since, definitely for the better, which just goes to show that even the most rebellious lads can be 'rescued' ha

Miss Hayleigh Roberts
-

This girl used to be in my law class at college and my first ever communication with her I believe was by e-mail: she'd sent me an e-mail the day I fell asleep in class- very embarrassing! haha she asked if I wanted to go to the cinemas with her and her friends and soon after that became a routine! We don't talk as much as we used to but I know that I'm welcome for a chat and a brew anytime. This girl helped me through a lot of issues I had at college and I do think I'd have turned out slightly different if it wasn't for her.

Miss Sarah Powell
-

This has to be one of the loveliest girls I have ever met! She definitely has to be my bestest friend from uni. She's the kind of girl that will never say no- she'd probably help you bury a body she's that nice! haha seriously though, I'm very thankful to have had her as a friend at uni, she was amazing company and really looked after me, bringing me treats and goodies all the time! She reminds me of my Mum :) My only wish is that she lived closer as opposed to Cardiff and Swansea :(

Mr Greg Byron
-

I actually met Greg through Hayleigh at college and it was just a co-incidence that we happened to be doing the same course at uni. We soon became lecture buddies and would try to sign up to the same seminars where possible. He's a great friend and I definitely couldn't have gone through the course the way I did without him! Though I'm sure he could say the same thing ;P haha I do miss seeing his mug everyday!

I'd also like to give a special mention to:

Mr Njabulo Skhosana (a.k.a. Ninja ;) who's really helped me to see things in a positive light- he's one of the main reasons why I actually believe in the future and for that I'm very thankful!

Mr Brendan Riley who's been a Godsend, helping me with my legal applications and restructuring my CV and cover letter- I really can't thank him enough for that!

The guys and girls at work, in particular Miss Jennifer Nicholls (a.k.a. SarkiNiks) for her (very appreciated!) sense of sarcasm which gets me through a shift with fits of giggles! haha aah, she definitely makes a shift bearable, even if it does get me in a bit of trouble with the boss!

Along with my family who I love millions and more, there are other people in my life whose existence I'm thankful for but these are the guys that have really had an impact in my life and have helped shape me in some way. I consider myself very blessed to have known them

Who are your best friends and why??

When we first talked to each other
I knew we would be friends
Our friendship has kept on growing
And I'll be here for you to the end

You listen when I have a problem
And help dry the tears from my face
You take away my sorrow
And put happiness in its place

We can't forget the fun we've had
Laughing 'til our faces turn blue
Talking of things only we find funny
People think we're insane- if only they knew!

I guess this is my way of saying thanks
For catching me when I fall
Thanks again for being such a good friend
And being here with me through it all
