I would also like to apologise for the lack of new blog posts lately- I've just started a job at Next Home and my schedule's been quite hectic so I'm not sure when my next fashion-related blog post will be- soon hopefully!

*10 Winter outfits*

hey beautiful girls! I don't know about you but I sure have been feeling the chill these past few weeks so I thought I'd create a few Winter looks (well 10 to be precise) to keep you wrapped up and knitted out in style!

I absolutely love knits and jumpers- so wonderfully casual yet so effortlessly trendy, they're extremely versatile and so easy to wear. I also really love tights patterned tights: they add a bit of quirkiness to your outfit and can be really sexy when worn in the right way ;) I always love layering them with socks to keep my tootsies warm- scrunch them down for instant sox appeal!

One Shoulder Wonder

Summer may be over but the party season has only just begun! Well it's just around the corner ;) The latest silhouette to light up the red carpet and catwalks everywhere is the asymmetrical dress. These one shoulder wonders are a lot easier to wear than their strapless peers and really add a sweet touch to your look.

Missguided Nail Splash ♥

One of my favourite online fashion stores Missguided have recently launched their own nail polish range called 'Nail Splash'! And lucky ol' me managed to get my hands on my very own bottle :) The signature collection launches with six catwalk-inspired shades:

I opted for the MissBehave shade and boy do I find it super-cute! The nail polish comes in a cute black and gold box and in an even cuter square-shaped bottle:

I applied two coats which I have to say dried really quickly- which is great for me because I'm pretty impatient with that, as most nail varnishes do not dry as quickly as they claim they do! I also found the polish really easy to apply and it doesn't streak- which I also find is a problem with a lot of nail varnish brands! The results: an effortless, beautiful high-shine finish:

Missguided's nail polish range is Formaldehyde and Toluene free which is kinder on the nail. The formulation is apparently anti-yellowing, meaning it doesn't stain your nails and it's supposed to be durable, lasting between 5-7 days chip free- perfect! I'll have to keep you posted on whether that's actually the case as I only just applied the polish but I trust it will be ㋡

Jumper Dresses ♥

Getting dressed just got easier! The lovely jumper/sweater dress is back- with a vengeance. Today, it centres around many themes- it's not just about a plain cable knit dress anymore, nono! This season sees a wide range of patterns, colours and textures from cable knits and pom pom additions to animal prints and sweet slogans- there is just too much to choose from!

They're so easy to wear which makes it one of my favourite wardrobe essentials. Sex up a plain jumper dress by adding a belt to accentuate your waist and curves or, alternatively, add a chunky necklace to inject a bit of colour! Pair with ribbed/opaque tights or thick socks or legwarmers- or both for added sox appeal ;) Add a rebellious pair of worker/military/ankle boots, brown cowboy fringed boots or a sexy pair of ankle boots to complete the outfit- casual chic at its best!
