POP Bakery ☺

I love love LOVE cake!! Chocolate cake, carrot cake, coffee cake, cupcakes - I know right, that's a lot of Cs! I particularly love pretty cakes- the kind filled with soft, whippy cream, sprinkled with colourful confetti raindrops and topped with delightful little decorations. It's these little details that make me fall in love!

So you can imagine my excitement when I discovered cake pops a few years back. What are they I hear you ask? Cake pops are a bite-sized morsel of cake- chocolate cake baked in little balls and popped onto a lollipop stick! A lovely modern twist on the ol' lollipop treat!

Bakerella are supposed to have started the craze but I'm here to introduce you to POP Bakery! Here's a little bouquet of POP Bakery cake pops so you have an idea of what I mean:
-
Too pretty to eat, huh?!

POP Bakery is a bakery located in North West London that is run by a mother and her daughter, Clare and Judith. They bake the cutest little cakes on sticks and they cater to absolutely any needs so if you have a particular idea in mind of how you would like your cake pop to look, then share that idea with them and they'll be happy to bake it!

Clare and Judith are forever inspired by their customers and while they started off with the classic range of sugar-coated cake pops, they soon branched out and let their imaginations (and, indeed, their customers' imaginations) bring them a range of deluxe cake pops from Russian dolls and superheroes to animals and leopard print, as well as other novelty POPs!

The possibilities are absolutely endless and POP Bakery knows this, which is what makes it stand out from the crowd. They are always happy to take special requirements from customers to cater for themed-parties and this has left them with a very impressive portfolio of lush, delicious designs! Here are a few of my favourites!
